Our mission is to find as many authentic restaurants from as many countries as possible in Switzerland to literally taste the world in Switzerland. After sampling the national cuisines, Swiss Global Dining will then recreate the national dish with local ingredients found in Switzerland and share the recipe, with a new country dropping every week.
